How long will it take to receive my items? I need them by a specific date!
Processing Time is the amount of time it takes for me to make your order, Shipping Time is the amount of time it takes the post office to deliver your package. Add Processing and Shipping Time together to determine when you will receive your order. Current processing time is noted in your cart at checkout as the "Ready to Ship in..." time range.

Absolutely! Sometimes a Rush upgrade isn't necessary depending on your desired items and deadline. Other times, I am happy to expedite your order when possible! Just contact me regarding adding a Rush listing to your order and I'll make it happen!
"Rushing" your order will expedite BOTH the Production Time and the Shipping Time, bumping you to the top of my list!!!
My feet are larger/smaller than "average." Will your Barefoot Sandals fit me?
Unlike Barefoot Sandals that are made with metal or chains, exact sizing is unimportant when choosing Sister Lace Barefoot Sandals.
They are one size fits most and *should* fit as the elastic is very soft and giving, but as there are variables in the way these fit that are unrelated to shoe size (like ankle girth) there is always a chance they may fit one person who is size 9.5 and not fit another person who is also size 9.5, for example.
In the case they might not fit, we have 2 options:
1.) You can send them back to me for for free resizing after you try them on, you only pay for shipping.
2.) I can make the sandals but will leave the back "un-sewn" with a long elastic tail so you can cut and sew straps to the perfect size. No charge.
Do you make Baby and Child sizes? Custom sizing?
Yes, I do! Pricing is the same as the standard-sizes. Simply add the desired styles to your cart and let me know the child's age and shoe size. Contact me for any other custom sizing, no extra charge.
